We store backup data in our internal format that could be used for restoring by FluentPro Backup only. This format supports the most data Project Management Systems API provides. It allows to restore data really close to original data. Also, it’s possible to download an Excel file with backed-up table data.
If you choose to backup All tables in your environment, newly created tables will be backed up automatically. Also, it is possible to use the Ignored option, where you indicate which tables should not be backed up; the rest of the existing and newly created tables will be backed up.
Yes, FluentPro Backup is a cloud-based solution, so no additional software installation is required.
You may use your Microsoft Azure Cloud Storage or Amazon S3.
It will be stored for 90 days.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible as we store backup data in our internal format that could be used for restoring by FluentPro Backup only. Also, we can mention that data is encrypted. So even if we provide the data, it will not be useful.
Our Support Team receives copies of notifications about your failed and completed with errors operations, and they will contact you additionally in this regard. The only exceptions here are notifications about expired or wrong credentials. The reason is that the notification, sent to you directly, contains comprehensive troubleshooting steps. Additionally, we have an internal Health-check of FluentPro Backup.
