Integration Hub can be installed from the SharePoint Store and accessed from your PWA from Site Contents page. In such a case, no additional authentication is required to access the Integration Hub. If you wish to access Integration Hub from the https://online.fluenthub.com/#/login page, you should first create a password for Basic authentication. You can do so by navigating to your Integration Hub environment -> personal settings (right upper-corner) -> Change password -> Create new password.
To be able to create or update any plan (and its Office 365 Group accordingly) within Planner, the account requires access to all plans and their groups, even to the ‘Private’ ones. Only the Global Admin account has such privilege. Integration Hub does not request, process, or store the account credentials. The ‘OAuth’ authentication type is used, where Integration Hub is authorized to access your resources without sharing credentials. The access token is issued to our app by an authorization server, with the approval from your side. Integration Hub then uses the access token to access your Planner or Project Online data.
The lack of synchronization occurs because of checked-out projects. Integration Hub transfers data only from those projects which are checked in Project Online. If a project is checked out to some user in Project Online, Integration Hub will be unable to record any data to this project until it is checked in. Therefore, a data transfer will be postponed, and task updates will be recorded again every 5 minutes. If there is a data transfer consisting of 10 projects and only one checked out project, an entire data transfer will be postponed every 5 minutes. Having postponed jobs in Integration Hub may lead to data inconsistency and/or losing some updates in Project Online/Jira. It is highly recommended to check a project in and publish it in Project Online once all necessary updates are made in the project.
Integration Hub supports the following scenarios: ‘Project Online <-> Azure DevOps’, ‘Planner <-> Project Online’ (both one-way and two-way integrations, with project stages and multiple plans integration), ‘Project Online <-> Jira’ (one- and two-way), ‘Project Online <-> SharePoint’, ‘Project Online <-> Office 365’, and ‘Project Online <-> Outlook’. It is also possible to set up custom integration scenarios.
